WORK FOR ALL: NEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR WORK AND CAREER DEVELOPMENT AT 13TH ECSME!

The European Congress of Small and Medium – sized Enterprises not only boosts business development but also creates space for the future career. Accompanying the 13th edition will be the Job and Career Fair - Work for All. It’s an opportunity for employers, recruitment agencies and participants of the Congress to fund the perfect work place. For two days - October 26-27 - 50 companies will be available at MCK Katowice.
Participation at the Fair is completely free of charge. Interestingly enough – the previous sentence applies to both participants and companies who want to get fair space. At this point there are still a few places left. Interested entrepreneurs can apply to the RIG in Katowice. Contact is given at the end of the information, while participants must register at ekmsp.eu.
The accompanying event is co-organized by The International Rescue Committee: an international humanitarian aid organization. It works on behalf of those who have suffered the effects of humanitarian crises, or climate change. It helps victims of wars, natural disasters and refugees get back on track.
Who is the fair for?
Actually – its for everyone. The event was created for employers from all industries and those who are interested in hiring foreigners. Recruitment agencies are also welcome!
Seniors and people with disabilities will find a special place at the fair. The fair space will feature entrepreneurs who focus on equality and the absence of any exclusions. Special emphasis will also be placed on citizens of Ukraine and other countries who have had to adjust to a new reality and whose plans for their lives have changed in a matter of hours. Work for All is also a good place for students and graduates who are looking for their first career steps or want to explore new career paths. The fair will be an opportunity to meet potential employers and get first-hand information. What’s more –each participant will be able to take a professional photo, and the experts available on site will help create a specific resume that will help you stand out from the crowd.
In addition, a Ukrainian and English translator will be available during the fair. On the other hand, if anyone comes to the MCK Katowice with children - a special play corner with animation is planned for them.
One must be ready for change.
The Fair will be part of the thirteenth European Congress of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, which will bring together thousands of entrepreneurs at the MCK Katowice on October 25-27. This year's edition will be held under the sign of readiness for change and the slogan "Ready for Change?". Because - nothing is more certain than that everything can change tomorrow.
The 13th edition will feature dozens of speeches, panels and workshops, as well as hundreds of business meetings with experts in many fields. The greatest Polish and international practitioners will gather at the MCK in Katowice to provide inspiration, a decent dose of knowledge and share the business know-how developed over the years.
The organizer of #EKMSP is the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice. As a creator of the meetings and events industry, it has been supporting regional business and stimulating its development for more than 32 years - including among young people at the threshold of their professional careers. It provides business and communications consulting to its Member Companies and helps establish contacts with partners at home and abroad. It shapes and disseminates the principles of ethics, honesty in business and generally understood corporate social responsibility.
