Inauguration of the social transformation project Change Your World at the ECSME in Katowice, Poland

The Change Your World project began its mission in the Silesian Voivodeship as the flagship project of the Woman Business HUB - operating at the CCI in Katowice.

On behalf of Maxwell Leadership, Substantial Partner of the 13th edition of the European Congress of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Katowice, we would like to thank and congratulate the Congress organizer - the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, the Partners and Sponsors of the event, the Speakers, Panelists and all the Participants.

We hope that from the perspective of the days that have passed since the end of this unique edition of the Congress, the values brought by this event appear even more tangible.

That's exactly what the Change Your World social transformation project is - an invitation to leaders in the Silesian Voivodeship to develop value-based leadership.

We were honored to officially launch the Change Your World project on October 27, during the Congress, signing a letter of intent on partnership with Tomasz Zjawiony, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Katowice, and Edyta Kwiatkowska, President of the Woman Business HUB CCI Katowice.

During many years of implementing transformational processes, in which more than 4.7 million people around the world have participated, we have discovered something very important - if people learn and practice good values, then societies, communities, culture, begin to recover.

At this time, as we invite you to participate in the Change Your World project in the Silesian Voivodeship, we ask you to do one thing - to be open about it when information about the project begins to appear in your surroundings. We would also like to inform you that Change Your World is a completely free community project, initiated by volunteer Polish Maxwell Leadership Certified Team trainers. 

We are confident that your entrepreneurial spirit combined with the value that the Change Your World project will bring will create a unique foundation for the success of people, companies and organizations in the region.
